A proven and effective framework
Our approach is grounded in the nationally renowned 5Essentials Framework® from UChicago Impact®. This well-researched, evidence-based approach focuses on the five essential factors needed to improve student outcomes: Ambitious Instruction, Effective Leaders, Collaborative Teachers, Supportive Environment, and Involved Families.
Research shows that schools that are strong on at least three of the five essentials were 10 times more likely to show substantial gains in student learning.1
